dusty surfaces bathroom hair
The breakfast was of great quality, I MUST say.
The room I was given was not adequately cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom and dust on many surfaces. This DEFINITELY needs addressing.

lovely azzurri room stay
clean room 24 hour service excellent breakfast
the room was very clean and well-ventilated i found the four poster bed a good size and comfortable the 24 hour service was helpful and the concierge carl was friendly breakfast was excellent they kept topping it up for me. i liked the vibe throughout the hotel it seemed to appeal to all ages it was a nice experience
street parking was available it seemed reasonably priced but i did not receive a warning or permit upon arrival at the hotel

clean room beautiful decoration lovely view
the room was beautifully decorated. it was well kept. a little box of chocolates was left, this was a lovely touch for my anniversary. the bath had a fantastic view overlooking the forest.
the room was nice but nothing more than that.

amazing service and beautiful room
clean room comfortable bed excellent breakfast
i had the azzurri room, and it was so clean and beautiful. the four-poster bed was a good size and so comfortable!!! the room was also warm and ventilated well. i really appreciated the excellent breakfast, it had plenty of top-ups. there was good access to reasonably priced street parking, opposite the hotel.
i noticed poor lighting internally. there was only one bedside lamp and no light beside the mirror where the hairdryer is.

the 24-hour service was amazing with a friendly concierge. lee, who works there, was very helpful. the staff is funny, warm, and cute.

There is a lovely vibe in the hotel. it seems to appeal to all generations, including parents and students. i found the central location very convenient. It allows easy walking distance for sightseeing.

the interior had fabulous attention to detail. big fluffy towels and bath robes were provided. my room had a full-sized slipper bath at the end of the bed. i also had a shower you can watch the telly from.
