i had the azzurri room, and it was so clean and beautiful. the four-poster bed was a good size and so comfortable!!! the room was also warm and ventilated well. i really appreciated the excellent breakfast, it had plenty of top-ups. there was good access to reasonably priced street parking, opposite the hotel.
i noticed poor lighting internally. there was only one bedside lamp and no light beside the mirror where the hairdryer is.

the 24-hour service was amazing with a friendly concierge. lee, who works there, was very helpful. the staff is funny, warm, and welcoming.

there is a lovely vibe in the hotel. it seems to appeal to all generations, including parents and students. i found the central location very convenient; it allows easy walking distance for sightseeing.

the interior had fabulous attention to detail. big fluffy towels and bath robes were provided. my room had a full-sized slipper bath at the end of the bed. i also had a shower you can watch the telly from.
